GPS Adapter products are designed for compatible OEM Porsche steering wheels and steering control modules. Non-OEM steering wheel electronics are not supported. Compatibility with aftermarket stereos is not guaranteed; contact us before ordering so we can review your configuration. A $40 restocking fee may apply to returns resulting from attempted use with non-OEM equipment.

STMV1-971 supports multifunction controls, paddles and optional steering wheel heating when the vehicle and replacement wheel have the required compatible hardware and coding. The steering-wheel Mode Switch can serve as an indicator only; it does not control vehicle drive modes. For functional Mode Switch control on a supported vehicle-and-wheel combination, compare Adapter-X V2.
The required 95B.971.388.B internal steering-wheel wiring harness is included for supported 971-style installations.
