Refund policy

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Before sending anything back, email info@gpsadapter.us with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos when relevant. We will review the request and provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send a return without contacting us first.

GPS Adapter products are designed for supported OEM Porsche steering wheel equipment. Compatibility depends on the vehicle, steering wheel, installed options, and requested functions. If a return results from attempted use with non-OEM equipment, a US$40 restocking fee may apply. Any other return shipping cost or deduction will be confirmed before the return is approved.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

For damaged, incorrect, or defective items, contact info@gpsadapter.us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
