Shipping policy

We offer free worldwide shipping for eligible orders using DHL Express or FedEx Express.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Estimated transit time is typically 3–5 business days, but delivery can take longer because of customs processing, remote-area service, local holidays, or circumstances outside the carrier’s control.

Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other local charges are not included in the product price or free shipping. These charges, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by the destination country.
